Correct, dispute, or remove your listing

Fix your business information

Corrections apply to factual fields: your practice name, address, phone number, website, business hours, and services offered. To update any of these, provide the correct information along with proof, such as a link to your website, your Google Business Profile, or another official source we can verify against. Once confirmed, corrections become permanent and will not be overwritten in future data refreshes.

Challenge your score or listing data

Scores are never manually changed. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming the underlying data is flawed. That might mean your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. File a dispute, and we re-check the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number, but a claim that the data driving it is inaccurate.

Request removal from the directory

Your listing can be removed if your business is permanently closed, if it is a duplicate entry, or if it falls outside the scope of this directory. Removal requests that meet these criteria are honored. Accurate, in-scope listings may be declined for removal, and if so, you will receive a clear explanation of why. Monthly verification cycles automatically catch and remove closed businesses as well.

How quickly you will hear back

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Removals that are confirmed are completed within 7 days. Requests that are declined include an explanation of the reason.
