How rankings are earned
Order on this site comes from a published rubric applied to that same data: responsiveness, review volume and sentiment, experience signals, and other factors laid out in full on the methodology page. No firm pays to move up, and no firm can buy its way past a competitor with better numbers.
Sponsorship, kept separate
Some pages carry a listing marked “Sponsored.” That label is always visible, sponsored placements are shown apart from the earned ranking, and paying to sponsor a slot never changes a firm’s score, sentiment summary, or position in the ranked list.
Corrections
A listed firm can flag wrong or outdated facts, like a moved office or a disconnected phone number, and we’ll fix them. What a firm cannot do is edit its own score, sentiment summary, or ranking. Those come from the data and the rubric, not from the business being reviewed.
Enquiries and referrals
